Kemparts performs with logistical partners suited to each customer profile and transaction reality

In the import process we preferably use maritime transportation, working with Full Container and Fractioned Cargo. However, in more urgent cases it is possible to use air transportation, as the import lead time is reduced. We use these modalities in a way to fulfill the specific requirements of each customer and bring products to the domestic territory in the safest and most economically feasible manner.

We also use sales of the type indent orders which is recommended for customers that have a large demand of products and need to use their import services.

While in the distribution in domestic territory, we maintain a local inventory in outsourced Logistical Warehouse. The Kemparts s products are maintained as per instructions of their respective manufacturers in order to ensure their quality and performance. In the operations with Kemparts, it is possible to collect our products directly (FOB) or deliver them in the installations of our customers (CIF). These conditions are negotiated with our sales team to identify the most appropriate solution for each situation.

One of our differentials is agility in the delivery and collection of our products. We are prepared to handle orders within 24 hours if they are requested by 12pm on the previous day, after which time, we make the delivery within at most 48 hours.

Our outsourced logistics warehouses are: “Natam Express Ltda.” which is strategically located in the city of Mauá in São Paulo, where access is facilitated by the close proximity to the Ring Road and consequently quick access to all highways in the state of São Paulo, and the “Taglog” which is strategically located in the city of Itajai in Santa Catarina. We have a daily control of inventory by Web, by product/lot which grants great safety for delivering the product in the term agreed upon.
